restoration
After years of use, leather can become soiled or stained. Despite the worn appearance, the leather beneath is still in good condition with potentially many more years of useful life.
Our restoration process consists of cleaning the leather, stripping the worn finish, continuing, if necessary, with repairs of minor rips, scuffs or scrapes or holes; conditioning the leather in preparation for application of new color and fire-resistant topcoats.
Once restored, the leather has a rich color, a soft-hand feel and a protective soil and stain-repellent topcoat that can be easily maintained.
By means of chemical technology we are able to restore like new:
- Cuts
- Scrapes
- Scratches
- Scuffs
- Holes
- Rips
We also hand-sew seams and unraveled areas.
