There were few chances for an average young man from Rome to start a business without connections. After spending a year in northern Italy, I was given the chance to learn how to repair leather. It's been uphill on many occasions, but my chance to practice my craft in the USA was and is a great blessing to me and my family.
The difference with my company and others can be seen from a cultural point of view. Italian people take great pride and care when i comes to creating or producing something from their own hands. We do not have set prices; if someone needs help, we will discount prices from time to time. We offer free estimates and will go the extra mile to make sure that our customers are happy.
